GENEVIEVE RIVIERE - Managing Director

LLB (Hons) Lond. (Barrister, Gray’s Inn, London), MAICD

Genevieve is the founder and Managing director of Apollo Global.  Having commenced her career as a Barrister in London, and then gone on to hold senior managerial roles with large multinational organisations, Genevieve has developed a strong understanding of people and organisations globally, in particular how to create high performance and maximise individual and organisational achievement.

This experience has been further honed by leading her own Management Consulting business, specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development, Executive Search and Succession Planning across both the public and private sectors, and Government Departments over the last 20 years. Much of her work in the past also covered industrial relations in volatile environments, the negotiation of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and Workplace Agreements, and facilitation of consultative committees made of management and employee representatives.

In recent years, Genevieve has been Chief Executive of a leading global executive search firm in Mining & Resources, Construction and Engineering, with Australian and international offices. Genevieve then created, and was Chief Executive of Artemis International Executive Search, the search arm of Beilby Group at the time.

Genevieve is able to draw upon a wealth of experience in understanding the complex and demanding challenges faced by international companies. With her unique and extensive knowledge, skills, and networks, Genevieve leads her company to provide excellent customised service, supported by sound proven methodology, and the capability of facilitating introductions which lead to successful business relationships.
